Easter vacations in Normandy
You have chosen Normandy for the next vacation Easter and you were right. As well as enjoying all the comforts of your mobile home and campsite facilities such as a sports hall or petanque court, the region offers numerous family activities and events, with friends or on your own, depending on your tastes and budget.
The arrival of spring heralds the return of seaside walks on foot or by bike. With the sea just 500 m from the campsite, you can take the cycle path along the coast to Caen on one side, and to the D-Day landing beaches on the other.
For thrill-seekers, rent a kayak or paddle at the Ouistreham nautical center, or take to the heights on one of the accrobranche courses in Beauregard Aventure 10 minutes from the campsite.

Good news: the campsite offers activities during the easter vacations in Ouistreham. Children and parents alike can have fun together:
- Hunt for the riddles: they're hidden all over the campsite. Then answer the questions correctly using your little booklet. A surprise awaits you at reception!
- Creative activity on April 21 to 10h. Free admission. Registration with Pauline or Ludivine at reception. More info on our networks.

Family outings in Normandy in April
In spring, the days are getting longer, the sun is shining and it's not too hot. ideal time to come visit Ouistreham and the surrounding area in Calvados.
- For outdoor activities Outdoors, head for the Pointe du siège, Bois du Caprice or Coline aux Oiseaux near Caen and lose yourself in the park's flower-filled alleys.
- For a outing with the kids, our partner the Jurques Zoo, Just 40 minutes from the campsite, you'll discover over 150 animal species. The amusement park Festyland (also a partner of the campsite), reopens its doors at the beginning of April. Step back in time to the Vikings for a real family adventure day.
- For rainy days (yes it can happen, even in spring) here are a few ideas for covered outings :
The Cabieu cinema in Ouistreham, with its 2 recently renovated screens. 5.5€ per session. As for the indoor playground, Girafou is 5 minutes from the campsite. If you've come with your teenagers, try an escape game or lasergame in Mondeville (15min from Ouistreham).
